Pediatric Restorative Dentistry: A Biomimetic Approach
August 31, 2020 - Monday, 6:30 PM
We all face challenges on how we can restore badly carious primary and young permanent teeth. Some of us resort to extraction without realizing that a tooth can be preserved following the principles of biomimetic dentistry. This presentation will present how we can restore teeth using methods and materials which mimic tooth structure and function thru biomimetic approach.
"Thank you for sharing your experience, informations and advocacy for NON EXTRACTION of primary dentition which I agree 100%. Save the primaries as much as possible or if extraction is inevitable, use a space maintainer."
– Dr. Lourdes Vidal
"Eye-opener, interesting and will definitely read about this topic more. Thank you Dr. Mitsy and PPDSI, UPCD and the sponsors."
